Let's Learn to Listen

Today, or maybe it feels sometimes to be heard yesterday that it was not always easy.
I remember one day ..... when I had the opportunity to walk with a family in a mall ... No sooner we get around, then we split into two companies ... then met again at an agreed place. At that time the father had just bought her daughter at the hands of either branded or not, but pretty expensive for me, ... His model was a bit weird, but that is not going to be a common trend.
The mother who purchased a new look at the direct complaint, had asked her daughter to swap ... he did not want to appear reluctant .. The mother then met the father who is still at the store, whether talking about but the mother seemed more calm and willing to accept.
Continuing around, .. fifteen minutes later we found a good place to eat.
There is a strange, not by their feeding, but with a mother and her daughter ... Suddenly the mother apologized to her daughter because of what had happened, then reciprocated by his daughter ... he felt he was wrong as if they were fighting over a mistake. The princess then kissed his mother's hand, returned a kiss of affection and ends with a hug.
That had occurred no more than a minute. Not something special, small, simple, but makes me think was wonderful if we would listen more, not more "boasting", would understand, appreciate a choice that sometimes is not always the same as what we want, which sometimes we think good .
Then I would ask myself, if I later turned into a parent can I be a good listener who will understand not just criticize ...?
